Portrait Painting Introduction - 1st March 2025
Want to develop and improve your portraiture? Keen to immortalise a friend, family member or favourite Icon of music/film? Come and join me at the Trinity Centre, Meole Brace, Shrewsbury for a day of portrait painting working on skin tones in acrylic paint on an A3 cradled birch panel (provided). You just need to bring your own art skills, a high quality photograph of your sitter head and shoulders only - please check your image with me in advance (this should be printed out A3 or photocopied to that size, and ideally brought on an iPad or similar also) and your own brushes/acrylic paints (I recommend Akoya brushes and Amsterdam acrylics). Light refreshments will be provided - please bring your own lunch. 10am-4pm Saturday 1st March
